Refund and Returns Policy

At Gadget Xplor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Some items may be exempt from being returned, such as:
    • Products that are marked as final sale or non-returnable.
    • Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@gadgetxplor.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will send you instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions. If the item(s) are approved for return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • If your return is rejected because the item is not in its original condition, you will be notified, and no refund will be issued.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@gadgetxplor.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used or opened.
  • Items with missing original packaging or parts.
  • Gift cards.
